Born 1944 - English weather forecaster.
Graduate of City University, London. Was the longest serving weather presenter on British television, from 1974 to 2004. Remembered for failing to predict the worst storm to hit South East England (October 1987) since 1703. Awarded the MBE in 2004 for services to broadcasting.
