Born 1899. Died 1987 - English biochemist.
Studied chemistry at Imperial College, London. Involved in pioneer studies on biochemical aspects of mental disease. Worked on artificial chemical conditioners during WWII before returning to brain chemistry in Montreal and later at Vancouver.
