William Waldegrave
Born on 15th of August 1946
Born 1946 - English Conservative politician.
Educated at Oxford and Harvard. Became MP for Bristol West in 1979. Held various ministerial posts including Foreign Office Minister and Secretary of State for Health. Created life peer in 1999.
