for Great Scottish Run as your favourite British event.

Scotland's biggest mass participation sporting event will see 23,000 run, jog or walk its 10k and half marathon routes through the vibrant city of Glasgow.

With an electric atmosphere, changes to the route in 2010 made it even flatter and faster so it's an ideal event for a Personal Best whether this will be your first event or you're a regular, experienced runner.

There's even a Junior 3k and 1.5k run for 9 to 17 year olds so virtually everyone can join in the fun.

Race helpline 0845 270 0166 or e-mail glasgow@frsystems.co.uk.
