Hello my family and I were in cottesmore for two times. The village is really nice, the people really friendly but we were not amused about the kind of renter of "Sticky End". After our first visit we booked the second stay and everything was fine, the renter was nice and happy to see us again. But after the second stay, we got many problems. We left the cottage in a very clean and tidy way, but the renter said we left it soiled, after that we were blamed to disturb a chair and in the end he didnīt gave us our deposit back. Itīs a pitty that guests are only welcome if they book the next stay, if this is not so they canīt see there money again. The cottage is wonderful but this is no compensation for the stress after the stay.
