Good Points: The reception staff were so helpful and friendly the bed was comfie and the room was an adiqate space for 3 of us, the actual room was decorated well
Bad Points: To be honest the loo could do with being checked as it didn't flush well and the tiles around the bath could do with a good clean.....maybe u need to regrout them they were black in a lot of places didnt look good the kettle wire I had to complain about as it was faulty and was dangerous....only 1 plug socket in the room is bad news should have had a double socket
General review: Well we enjoyed our stay and wasn't about to moan or complain we were at T4 on the beach * I do strongly recommend u up date the Bathrooms though as the black in the tiles looked unsightly and sort the loo's out to flush properly......

Good Points: Our stay was very comfortable,clean and reasonably priced.
Bad Points: The food and service in the adjoining Welcome restaurant was very bad especially in the early evening.The staff were very slow and seemed to need better management.

Good Points: clean, tidy, reasonably well equipped
Bad Points: poor heating control, very uncomfortable beds, worn mattress with springs jutting out, toilet flush handle nearly broken, cannot get out of bathroom if you lock it .
General review: reasonable quality, very helpful staff. The mattresses were terrible. Bathroom door lock was in bad condition. Heating controls poor. A small fridge would be helpful.
