The Whitsand Bay Holiday Park website in truth is very misleading, The Crazy golf is on top of a bunker with massive drops all around the area, The adventure park is a 4ft slide, a scrambling net and a tractor all squeezed into the smallest space possible. There is no washing up facilities for tourers who do not wish to wash up in their caravan. The Ladder in the Pool was broken leaving dangerous metal protruding from the Hand Rails that was submerged whilst the steps fell to the bottom of the pool. Lots of general disrepair and broken doors all around in truth the whole place looks very sorry for itself. If you have Toddlers its a potential death trap for Touring caravans on pitches near the gun placements and bunkers some drops are about 15ft.The Touring Pitches are inadequate in that The 25.00 per night pitches where we stayed are a real squeeze to get into as the roads are not wide enough for turning again due to old gun placements. Please think twice if you have young children, this is not the place for them.

having had two previous holidays at this site we thought while in the area we would pay a visit to the site it was once a fantastic holiday park catering for most outfits but sadly no more it is now a lodge/tourer site ie no campers which is a great shame im sure that the site will be losing out now it was always busy but on our visit it was deserted a great shame the area is fantastic we had two really good holidays there and the kids loved the pirates disco lets hope that in the future they open up for the campers once again
