We visited just after the particularly wet spell of weather and floods. The owner was very concerned about his grass and insisted on towing our van onto a pitch. The site itself is immaculate and the meals are a real bonus being of excellent quality.
The drawbacks for us were
1 - the lack of a safe dog walking area, the only option being off site on narrow road
2 -the position of the site meant that we were having to use the car for a lengthy drive every day

Zeacombe House Park is a gem of a site. Spotlessly clean, great large and level pitches, above standard wash rooms/showers with such a lovely lot of room! The food is good and piping hot and plenty of it so the price is acceptable. The owners were pleasant and friendly. The noise from the road virtually stops at night and we didn't find it intrusive.
All in all a great site annd we thoroughly recommend it, and will be returning next year without a doubt.
