we arrived at the site, paid our fee,and were shown to our pitch. We took an instant dislike to the pitch but wandered around the site to see if it was worth putting the tent up,it wasnt.The toilets were grubby and dirty and no where near adequat for 150 pitches.We asked for our money back so that we could find an alternative site,we were told in no uncertain terms that they did not do refunds and that we could wait in the car all night and see the owner in the morning for all they cared because she didnt do refunds either.We found a lovely site just up the road who could not have been more helpfull and they even came to see us next morning to inform us that they had contacted Languard and had got us a full refund.We would not recommend Languard to anyone.
