This company are awful, we paid a fortune to a cottage in Charmouth for a week ref4555 in brochure It was in a bad state very damp with black mould on the walls and ceilings, clothes and bedding felt damp all week, central heating did not work (in October!!) we also had to endure a week of roadworks (which the company were well aware of) and could not unload outside the propery had to carry all our luggage up a hill on arrival not great with a baby and 3 very young children in tow. We complained during our stay and were met with apathy Oh we will tell the owner we heard nothing. We e-mailed on numerous occasions after and were told that they are not responsible for any properties they advertise and they are just a booking agency, they definately don't inspect their properties. BEWARE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
