called Alan out to deal with both washing machine and oven, very quick response and job completed with a smile and very reasonable charge, He doesnt often advertise- most work comes via word of mouth. Its a rare treat in this day and age to find someone that knows what they are doing and smiles as well whilst doing the work. Thanks Alan Cyril
