Two visits. Dinner. Lunchtime. Dinner December 2010 Room cold - food Ok - service awful. Lunch Jan. 2011 Room very cold - food arrived cold - plates cold - Marks and Spenser pudding - no mamagement - GOOD coffee. Enough already. Dogs allowed - civilised.
