The Harp Inn is under new managers! And what a treat it is! The food now incorporates a delectable assortment of dishes, expertly prepared by friendly hosts. The new collection of beer and wine is a great treat after a hike on the local footpaths. Truly, my wife and I had a great visit and will return there as often as our holidays permit. We give it the highest recommendation!

Very disappointing. We (3 adults - including an older parent - and 2 children) were kept waiting 20 minutes to be shown to our table (despite having booked); we then had to wait over an hour and a half for the meal to arrive and when it did it was nothing special and some dishes were cold or badly cooked. The barman (very slow at serving) didn't seem to mind 'colourful locals' smoking very smelly cigars in the bar - which made it pretty unpleasant for anyone passing through. This used to be a favourite pub to visit for us but this experience has put us off returning.
