This was my first round at Strathclyde Parks 9 hole course, and as a (very) novice Golfer i found the course to be both challenging but engaging. the scenery and atmosphere are great and there was horse racing on that day which added to the spectacle as on hole 5 (maybe 6) the racecourse runs alongside the green, which is one of the many intresting features of this well maintained course. as i mentioned i am a novice golfer and have to date only played a few courses, but i would recomend this little 9 hole course to anyone no matter what level your playing is at. even my more capable golf buddies found a few of the holes quite the challange.
