Good Points: excellent facilities. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous.
Bad Points: service in the restaurant and bar was slow and poor.

Good Points: Space, cleanliness, tasteful decor, terrace with lovely views over the water front. Well fitted out bathroom.
General review: Thoroughly enjoyable. There was no need to have had previous knowledge before booking. The leisure centre was terrific, loved the water features - the pool, the spacious spa bath and the forceful jets of water from the high taps, very theraputic. We thought the price could have included breakfast - this was a bit excessive - and the car parking charge, but as we did know this before booking we cannot complain.
