The Windmill Inn was a very impressive 4* country inn, finished in tasteful neutral and copper tones. The room and beds were comfortable, neat and clean, and the bathroom was very clean, light and modern (but still in character with the rest of the room). The dinner was very tasty (braised beef and red wine source) and we enjoyed excellent portions and value for money. The same applies to the traditional breakfast. I'd definitely recommend the Windmill Inn as a good value option for stylish country comfort.
