On Sunday afternoon I visited your Taunton store and used the car park for the first time. Frankly, I was appalled at the amount of rubbish/litter and the very poor initial impression of the entrance.
I reported this to the Customer Service desk staff who informed me the car park belonged to the Church and therefore not their responsibilty.
As you charge customers for the priviledge of using the car park,I find this totally unacceptable. At this time of year in particular, Taunton is pulling out all the stops ready for the "Britain in Bloom" judging and I really expect better of the flagship store in the town centre.
I have not returned to see if the situation has improved, but I trust action has been taken to ensure your store standards are maintained outside as well as inside.
