COMPLAINT - Stafford Store
I wish to complain about the staff at the quick check out who wondered off with another customer -helping carry their shopping to the door/or wherever while there where 8 persons standing waiting to be served. Leaving only one member of staff serving. The other checkouts where also busy and full.
Eventually I ran out of time so left my goods near the check out. My work coleagues have had the same problems in previous visits. The other lady serving rang several times before another member of staff appeared and wondered off!!!
