We had a two night ramblers package given to me as a retirement gift. Our delight in the hotel, its food and the level of service was enormous.It is a long time since I experienced a smile from every member of staff whether they were cleaners, maintenance or front of staff and they gave a feeling that you were the most important of clients, no matter the reason or length of stay. It all added to my enjoyment of my gift. Why not try it you will not be disappointed. Thank you The Bear.
