Excellent family friendly park its not haven and doesnt claim to be this is a site for long term private caravans (no living in them) its piecefull and what a proper caravan site should be theres no swimming pool and no large noisy club ,there is a small club where everyone gets to know each other no one ends up as a stranger on the site ,the club gives a nice family atmosthere everyone gets on and every one has fun its for chilling with a barB and a beer not for loud beer parties and loud mouths youths like other bigger parks... However if you wanted to go swimming theres a haven down the road (about a mile) which you can goto (at a charge) and night clubs in clacton with the ammuzments and rides , but you come back to peice and quiet rather than people waking you up at stupid oclock on a sunday morning after your night out.it also boasts highly low prices for year rents unlike haven whos charges go up 300 a year and there average rent is 4k per year!!!!!!
