Good Points: The period building, well chosen furnishings, curtains carpets etc, plus this hotel had lots of atmosphere. Bad Points: Only a small quibble, but we were very warm in our bedroom even with the heating turned off. General review: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its proximity to public transport. The train was less than five minutes walk from the hotel and one stop from Glasgow central. Good parking, as we like to leave the car and use public transport, excellent food, very helpful staff; we would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.
