Me my partner and 1year old phoned a taxi at 10pm and I made it clear that I wanted picked up from an address in Corby and wanted to be dropped in Kettering the lady sent the driver to Kettering her mistake said it was coming back to pick us up and when I phoned back the woman said no taxi would pick us up we were stranded the lady was very rude and we were just stuck there never using them again I am appalled by the reaction always been loyal customers luckily a friend picked me up my partner was very upset we talked to the driver he said the woman had done this before keep well clear
