All our Oils and Vinegars are produced in Puglia, Italy. They are all Extra Virgin Olive Oils and are cold pressed giving you the best flavour from the Olives. Our Selection of Extra Virgin Olive Oils each has a unique and different flavour, all of which will enhance any of your favourite dishes.

We also have a selection of flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oils, which include Basil, Chilli and Lemon. These are all naturally flavoured during the pressing process- No artificial flavourings or colourings are used in any of our oils.

As well as Balsamic Vinegars, we also have some amazing tasting Balsamic Glazes. The Glazes are obtained from Balsamic Vinegar through cold extraction. It is ideal to decorate your dish with this succulent product, it will give you great flavours of Balsamic Vinegar only where needed without the product going everywhere. These come in a wide selection of flavours.
