South Penarth is a stunning grade II listed house with large swimming pool available for B&B. This luxurious house offers a host of period features and spacious, light filled accommodation. We offer 2 doubles ensuite and a family suite with fully cooked English Breakfast in the study. All rooms have tea and coffe and fuit, snacks and fresh flowers. They also have TV's with freeview available for guests and wi fi for your lap top. Guests are invited to use the pool in good weather. Truro is a 12 minute walk away (downhill - you may need to take a £3 cab ride home uphill) and the beautiful river walks at St. Clements are a 3 minute drive away. The house is very tranquil and quiet despite being so conveniently placed and has lovely gardens where guests can relax on nice evenings. Truro is host to numerous good restaurants and has a lot of bijoux shops to explore. There is also a fine theatre in the centre of town and an array of fine art galleries. For business purposes, it is conveniently placed for town, Truro courts, Truro council and also the hospital. It is also ideal for a romantic city break or being so central, an ideal base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall. The small village of St. Clement's is less than a mile away and is situated on the banks of the estuary to the River Fal in Cornwall, England. It is situated within a nature preserve and within the grounds of the Duchy of Cornwall, land owned by Prince Charles, the Duke of Cornwall. The area is renowned for birds and wildlife and there are numerous country and river walks that emanate directly from the village itself.
