Furnished and appointed to very high standards and boasting it own private garden adjoining woodland, it stands near the owner's home within easy reach of Sherborne, Dorchester, and the beautiful Chesil beach coastline. There are many local walks and attractions including Minterne Gardens and Sherborne Castle, built by Sir Walter Raleigh in 1594 and home to the Digby family since 1617. Beaminster, Forde Abbey and Abbotsbury Swannery and gardens are all just a short drive. Village shop and pub ¾ mile.
