Originally built in 1904, as a coaching Inn & is situated on the edge of the picturesque "honeypot" village of Grasmere. Under new management, the owners are refurbishing to bring a fresh décor & relaxed, calm atmosphere. Guests are greeted with a warm welcome and are encouraged to come and go as they please with their own key.

We wish for you to get the very best from your stay & will happily advise on what to do and where to go should you need to know.

Free WI-Fi covers the whole of the building. All rooms are comfortable and cosy and they all offer panoramic views of the surrounding fells and countryside.
