Down Ende Country House is a 1930's situated in the beautiful Cornish countryside set in two acres of gardens, minutes from the charming fishing villages of Looe and Polperro, fourteen miles from Plymouth Ideally positioned to visit Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, National Trust, coast and moors. With ample private parking and a licensed bar south facing conservatory dining- room cosy log fires and evening dining available,

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you -quintessential hospitality, peace, relaxation and excellent cuisine is our specialiaty - evening meals freshly prepared here on the premises using our own grown vegetables and locally sourced ingredients A full Cornish or continental breakfast is served and features cereals, fresh fruit, home-made preserves, and daily specials such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. We are happy to cater for any dietary needs and cater for small functions, such as parties, conferences and meetings.

The sunny south facing bedrooms can be configured for king size or twin beds all with en-suite facilities We have family suite which consists of a king size bedroom( can be a twin), bathroom with a bath and shower and adjoining room with bunk beds. New for 2009 a ground floor king/twin bedroom. An annex room which as been tastefully converted to a room suitable for those who cannot manage stairs and is fully wheelchair accessible

Each of our eight rooms have been decorated individually with care for your comfort with fluffy big bath towels, luxury bed linen, hairdryers, hospitality trays, televisions and internet connection.
