MAIN COURSES


roast rib eye of beef with a pomme puree,
creamed wild mushrooms and a green peppercorn jus

wild sea bass spiked with lemon grass, new potatoes,
wilted spinach and tomato, with sugar snaps and
a mussel and chive chowder

roast breast of Gressingham duck with pomme saladaise,
celeriac mousse and a thyme jus

darne of halibut pan roasted with a panache of seasonal vegetables,
noissette potatoes and beurre meuniére

roast chump of lamb, confit potatoes, sautéed kidney with parsley
and shallot, salsify and its own lamb jus dressing

each of our main courses are accompanied by vegetables as described

DESSERTS

pear William tart tatin with spiced rum ice cream

cassis parfait with nutmeg mascarpone
and agen prunes steeped in Armagnac
