The set is a gorgeous restaurant with striking contemporary architecture on a breathtaking waterside location. The props include a delicious menu, superb drinks and great music - if ZINC were a film, are we not all agreed that it would be a blockbuster? Opening in 2001 within Birmingham's £20 million Regency Wharf II Development, overlooking Gas Street Basin and its colourful narrow boats, ZINC has attracted quite a few fans. What is it that the Brummies love? We're betting it's the funky atmosphere and the delicious, fresh, healthy food-yummies like seafood, grills and salads-sourced locally of course...
