Enjoy a river cruise around Cardiff Bay followed by dinner in a waterside restaurant, or have a day out walking in the Brecon Beacons where the scenery is truly breathtaking.

A room with a view!
Each room has rural views and is uniquely decorated with antiques, contemporary furnishings, and fine bed linen. Both bathrooms have a bath and shower, and contain toiletries such as Crabtree and Evelyn and Lush, while your pillows are delicately scented with Jo Malone linen waters.

Healthy breakfasts using local produce
We use local produce where possible, e.g. organic bread approved by the Soil Association from a delicatessen in Cardiff, and free-range eggs from a farm in Flemingston. Bacon and sausages are from butchers in Cowbridge, fruit and vegetables from local greengrocers. You will not find pre-packed milk, butter or jams here - only quality food!

We can recommend a lovely itinerary for you
We have considerable knowledge of the whole of Wales (especially South and North) and can recommend the best places to visit, lovely pubs and restaurants off the beaten track, places of interest and spectacular scenery! We can also recommend accommodation in other areas of Wales if you are planning a tour as we have stayed in many B&Bs across Wales ourselves and are very fussy about where we stay!

Children
Children of all ages are very welcome (we have a travel cot available for tiny tots). Children always love meeting our friendly cocker spaniels Rupert & Alffi (named after the poet Rupert Brooke and the actor Michael Caine!). Come and say ‘Hello’ to George and Shadow the friendly horses in the field directly behind our garden.
