Welcome to Park Cottage, a beamed country house dating from the 17th century in 4 acres of ground, in a secret corner of Furness, South Cumbria. Surrounded by woodland and farmland, and overlooking a trout lake, it is an ideal place to relax.

The 3 Bedrooms are all colour co-ordinated, are centrally heated and all are en-suite. Each room has TV/Video, Tea/Coffee facilities and biscuits, Fridge with cool drinks and fresh milk. Heated towel rails are provided. The Residents Lounge, (or Snug) has been re-vamped in 2005. There is a log-burning stove for chillier evenings, and comfortable seating.

A wide choice of breakfasts is served here, which include healthy options (eg Fresh Fruit and Yoghurt) ranging through to our now famous "Hearty Cumbrian" breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, blackpudding, beans and fried bread.
