The house was built in the early 1700's and retains many of the original features. There is a fully licensed residents bar and a wood panelled lounge providing the perfect environment in which to relax after a busy day where a large screen television is available. Free wi-fi access is available throughout, and a PC is located in the lounge for the personal use of our guests.

We have 8 individually styled fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, 4 of which are on the ground floor, ideally suited for the less able; REQUEST IF NEEDED. All rooms benefit from free-view and DVD players. We have a restaurant where evening meals are served Monday to Thursday. At the rear of The Maple Lodge is our private car park with 24 hour CCTV coverage.

If you like the experience of big city shopping, theatre, nightlife etc then Manchester is only 25 miles away. For peace and tranquillity, Skipton, the gateway to the Dales is just a 30 minute drive. The Maple Lodge is perfectly situated on the edge of the Ribble Valley within easy reach of the Lake District and the Trough of Bowland. Nearby are many historic features and attractions including Whalley Abbey, Haworth Art Gallery and Clitheroe Castle.
