The Royal Doulton Visitor Centre is located in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, at the heart of the English Potteries. It is the birthplace and home of the Royal Doulton Figure, containing one of the world's largest display of figures past and present. See for yourself how a figure is created by the artists and craftsmen in our demonstration area.
The unique Henry Doulton Tea Room is both a showroom and a Tea Room serving lunches and refreshments including home-made cakes, all on fine bone china. Our shop offers best quality and seconds, along with exclusive items only available at the Centre. Tours of the working factory are available on weekdays (booking advised). The Centre was named Visitor Attraction of the Year 1998.
