Pearl is a most impressive space, with curtains of pearls, leather seating, sleek and elegant decor, and breathtaking chandeliers. A specially-designed wine cellar takes pride of place in the centre of the dining room, and there are more than 40 wines available by the glass so you can choose a new one for each course. The French cuisine with international inflections includes dishes like starter of wild salmon tartare with caviar, white onion puree and salad of fresh herbs, main course of roast loin of Limousin veal with candied lemon and baby carrots, and wonderful dessert of small cheesecakes with wild strawberries.
