Bellplot House is a delightful Grade II Listed Georgian Town House. The AA Award winning 'Best Breakfast' is a feast of excellent local ingredients. This 5 star guest accommodation is also recommended by Johansens, Alastair Sawday & The Sunday Times 'Best of the Best. It has its own private car park & free WIFI throughout. The 7 spaceous rooms are named after the 7 ladies who once owned Bellplot & feature crips white linens & all the facilities demanded by today's travellers.A lovely feature that makes you feel quite at home is the honesty bar where you can mix yourself a drink before heading out to one of the many good restaurants in Chard.Visit many historical Houses & Gardens around the area, including Forde Abbey, Barrington Court, Cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park or visit Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall River Cottage & Farm Shop. Lyme Regis on the World Heritage Jurassic coast is a short drive away. Situated on the gateway to the West Country it is a great stop-over on the way to Cornwall & the Eden Project.
