Fortrose is just fifteen minutes from Inverness Water's Edge is idyllic with a Scottish Tourist Board 5 star rating, from our garden there is private access to the seashore and enchanting small pebble beach. Our home is a haven of character and cosiness making it a very special place stay. Luxurious en-suite bedrooms with wonderfully comfy beds, and sparkling new superb bathrooms, all our bedrooms have a large balcony with spectacular views over the sea.

Breakfast is a highland feast with many choices to be enjoyed at the table looking over the sea. Dolphins swimming at the bottom of the garden are a particular delight to many of our guests. Fortrose is a picturesque seaside village with two excellent restaurants, yacht club and a golf club by the sea. We would love to welcome you here to stay with us and for you to share all the wonderful things about living here...It is spectacular
