Situated just a few minutes walk from the centre through the museum gardens is the Jorvik hotel. Located in Marygate of the edge of the bar walls, it is the ideal position for a stay in the ancient historic city of York where past and present fuse into an eclectic mix. We have 22 en-suite bedrooms, of which 10 are newly refurbished rooms. The types are standard double or twin, four poster, superior double and superior zip (double/twin) All rooms have a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities as standard. All stays include full English or continetal breakfast. We would like to infom all guests that we are still undergoing refurbishment but this will not disturb your stay.
