Set within a beautiful period building (Number 8) on Upper Rock Gardens (built circa 1840) is excellently located in Kemptown, near Brightons' historic seafront and famous pier. The Beach Pad I has floor to ceiling triple bay windows in the living room with a small juliette balcony with side views to the sea.
