In a rural setting, home to the songbirds after which it is named, this charming property enjoys its own patio garden and countryside views. Very comfortable, private and self contained, it adjoins the owners' home 200 yards from a Falconry Centre. Lincoln with its castle, cathedral, shops and eating places is just 8 miles away. Horse racing and antique hunting can both be enjoyed within 15 miles. Walking, fishing and golf are local activities and the beautiful Wolds and coast are easily accessible. Shops and inns under 2 miles.
