In the heart of a small coastal village, this delightful 18th century cottage (all of property shown) is within 300 yards of beautiful sandy beaches and the Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve and 6 mile circular walk. One of a pair, on the fringes of Norfolk's Broadland, it is perfectly placed to take advantage of the attractions this lovely area has to offer – there is fishing, day boat hire and sailing on Ormesby, Filby and Rollesby Broads, and Hickling Broad nature reserve is 6 miles. Shop, P.O. and inn within a short stroll.
