Caen View is a modern 2 bedroom self contained house. It is situated close to the centre of Devizes backing onto the Caen Flight of Locks. To the side of the property is a footpath giving direct access to the canal. Caenview is centrally situated within Wiltshire and an ideal base for trips to Stonehenge (19 miles); Avebury (10 miles); Lacock (10 miles); Bath (24 miles) and Marlborough (15 miles). The sleeping accomodation consists of 1 double room; 1 twin room with 2 single beds and a double sofabed available in the lounge for additional guests. Both bedrooms enjoy views over the canal. The lounge area has 2 large sofas and Freeview TV with built in DVD player. The lounge leads through to the dining area; with Dining table and shairs to seat 6. The kitchen leads off of the Dining area and comes fuly equipped with Cooker (gas hob and electric oven and grill); Fridge with icebox; Microwave; Washing Machine; Kettle; Toaster and a plentiful supply of crockery and glassware. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over it (instant hot water). The property benefits from a private garden with a table and seating. Off street parking is provided for 2 cars in the drive; with additional free parking adjacent to the property. 5 minutes walk from the property there is a Spar shop; which is open 7am to 10pm; a public phone box and also a post box. On the opposite side of the canal; just over the bridge is a Cafe; a walk along the canal to the centre of Devizes would take approximatly 20 minutes.
