River View-Dolphins is a 3 bedroom property, sleeping 6, situated in the charming coastal village of Newton Ferrers. It is south facing, enjoying great views of the River Yealm, and located in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a short walk from local amenities. At entry there is a newly erected gardenroom/lounge with panaramic views. This is used as the living/dining area. It has a comfortable seating area with flatscreen tv and skybox, DVD player, and dining table and chairs. The gardenroom/lounge leads out onto a large decking area overlooking the river. There is a table and chairs for visitors use, perfect for alfresco dining and viewing the regatta. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, and an en-suite shower. The other 2 rooms are both twin bedded. The family bathroom/WC is modern and bright with bath/shower and heated towel rail. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and a full range of cutlery and utensils. The utility room comprises a washing machine, freezer and clothes airer. The majority of the house has oil fired central heating, with electric radiators in the lounge. To get to the house, as you enter Newton Ferrers, fork off left just after the tea rooms and W.I. hall, signposted Bridgend. After 200m turn right into Yealm View Road, and immediately right onto Church Park Road. River View-Dolphins is the 3rd from last house on the left.
