Set in this pretty and historic seaside resort, The Village Inn at Westward Ho! offers delightful family run accommodation in Devon. You will receive a warm welcome from your resident hosts Julie and Stuart Hudson and their daughter Clare, who will do everything possible to make your stay here as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Our beautifully appointed, spacious rooms all of which have full en suite facilities, with a choice of family, double and twin bedrooms, most with sea views. All our rooms have central heating and are equipped with generous courtesy trays with tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries, remote controlled colour TV with Teletext, alarm clock/radio and electric shaver points. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available upon request. Your hearty full English breakfast is served in our intimate and cosy restaurant where you can also enjoy dinner from our extensive menu which caters for all tastes. All meals are freshly prepared to order by our chef using local Devon produce wherever possible. Lunches are served in our light and airy conservatory or in our sheltered patio garden, weather permitting! We are situated only a few minutes walk from the South West Coastal Path and the Royal North Devon Golf Club, making this an ideal base for walking, golfing and cycling holidays and for touring the Westcountry generally, or simply for a peaceful, relaxing break here in this lovely, historic resort itself. Close at hand are the quaint seaside villages of Clovelly and Woolacombe. Barnstaple, which is Britains oldest borough, is also nearby with its famous pannier market, theatre, clubs, cinema and shops. Exmoor National Park, RHS Rosemoor and many other gardens and the beautiful rugged coastline are also here to be enjoyed.
