Learn Tae Kwon Do at your own pace with Instructor Katie Billingham, 2nd Dan
Black Belt, 13 years experience in the art.
The TAGB is among the largest martial arts association in Europe, and as
such competes in local, regional, national and international tournaments.
Tae Kwon Do is for all ages and abilities and can improve your health and
fitness, strength and skill, discipline, determination and confidence. It
is also proven to be an effective way to lose weight and stay trim. With
two free trial sessions you have nothing to lose, just come along to the
club any time.
