I have to say albeit a beautiful market town I was left disapointed at the way they deal with parking, my wife who is disabled appropriatly displayed her "Blue Badge for the Disabled" in the car only to be given a parking ticket having appealed this, Rydale Council said in there wisdom that there is NO FREE PARKING for the disabled,even though we were parked in a disabled bay we would still have to buy a ticket. they should hang there heads in shame.
