Innovative Chinese/Pan-Asian cuisine in a chic, luxurious setting just opposite the Theatre Royal. where you'll find a happy, cultured crowd, well-dressed, well-fed and enjoying themselves immensely. Dragon-i is a destination restaurant. The decor is blue and mirrory with mahogany flooring, ironic touches of red and linen napkins folded in amusingly complex styles. The service is so good it has been described as 'telepathic'. Dishes are beautifully presented with trademark vegetable carvings that would seem twee elsewhere. Try dishes like starter of slivers of fresh mango with mozzarella wrapped in chicken and deep-fried, main course of steamed whole sea bass with ginger and soy sauce, and dessert of Ko-Ko Fa, chocolate tulip filled with orange and chocolate truffle.
