Based in Milton Keynes, the Silk Road Restaurant specialises in Pan-Asian cuisine of the highest standard. Their menus encapsulate a fine tradition of cooking from across Asia in one location. The Silk Road Restaurant is owned and managed by Subhojit Chakravarty, who trained as a chef in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) before working in some of the sub-continent's top 5 Star hotels, including the Orchid hotel in Delhi. Subhojit has designed a menu that is contemporary in style yet still maintains the tradition of authentic Indian cooking. The presentation of the food is also contemporary with dishes being plated rather than served in a pot or karahi.
