A unique holiday experience in the midst of a nature lovers' paradise is on offer here. Adjoining the ancient and turretted Bamff House, and boasting many original features in its carefully renovated interior, The Old Brewhouse sits within a 1,300 acre Scottish Estate, whose owner won Glenfiddich's first Enviroment Award in 2007. Visitors can take advantage of private guided tours of the beaver wetlands, lodges and dams as well as helping to feed the herd of wild boar. Excellent rambling is assured – the Caterlan Trail walking route passes through the estate. City delights are also easily accessible – Dundee and Perth are about 25 miles' drive. Shop and pub serving food at Aylth, 3 miles.
