Donegal Reports

Dungloe, Donegal

Review of Dungloe by D.Taggart on August 14th, 2009
A beautiful part of Donegal with a haven of shops on the main street. Outlying communities such as Marameelan and Maghery have wonderful clean beaches maintained by the local community. Ideal for walking, fishing and general site seeing. Venture further to Kingkasslagh, the birth place of the Famous Daniel O'Donnell. The Small airport at Carrickfin caters for travelers flying from Glasgow Prestwick and back again(Aer Arran) or travel to Dublin from here. Donegal not to missed a place where time stands still.
