I have always had excellent service from this small pharmacy. However, since it has been under new management things have gone from bad to worse. Our prescriptions are always delayed, without apology and the final straw came with my visit today. I waited for fifteen minutes whilst my required item was found. I was not in a hurry so did not feel too stressed about this.However, when discussing a previous "mix-up" regarding my husband's prescription the male assistant started shouting at me, to the point that I walked out of the shop (shaking) and have vowed never to step foot in there again!!!!
